Scoring & rounds
How do I start a round?
On the Home tab, tap New Session. Pick your course, choose nine or eighteen holes, add your players and tap Start round.
How do I add friends to my round?
In round setup, tap Add player and search for your friend by name. Once they're in the round, they can follow the leaderboard live on their own phone.
I entered the wrong score. Can I fix it?
Yes. During the round, tap Previous to go back to the hole and change the score with the plus and minus buttons.
How do I finish a round?
Press and hold End at the bottom of the scoring screen. Holding it, rather than tapping, stops a round from ending by accident. Your round summary appears straight away and is saved under Past rounds.
My net score or Stableford points look wrong.
These are worked out from each player's handicap. Check the handicap on each player's profile is correct. If it still looks wrong, email us with the course and the date of the round.
What does "Broadcast to club" do?
It lets members of your home club see the round. It's off unless you turn it on, and you choose for each round.

Account & permissions
Do I need an account?
No. You can score rounds without signing in, and they are kept on your phone. Sign in with Apple from the Profile tab to back up your rounds, keep a profile and play with friends.
How do I change my handicap, home club or photo?
Open the Profile tab and edit your details there.
Why can't I see courses near me?
TeeOff Club needs your location to sort clubs by distance. On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → TeeOff Club and choose While Using the App.
My range sessions aren't showing in Apple Health.
Open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps → TeeOff Club, and make sure TeeOff Club is allowed to write workouts.
A club's details are wrong or missing.
Let us know through Feedback in the app or by email, and include the club's name. We update the club directory regularly.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account. This removes your profile, your rounds and your saved clubs straight away and cannot be undone.
If you played in someone else's round, your scores stay on their card so their round still adds up, but they are no longer linked to you. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
